What to Expect at a Cadre Training Workshop

The training is accessible.
A certified Cadre trainer will bring the training to YOU.

The training schedule is flexible. Because volunteer teachers are always busy, Cadre training can be scheduled in a wide variety of ways including:
*Sunday after church (i.e. 1:00-4:15)
*Sunday evenings (i.e. 6:30-9:45)
*Weekday evenings (i.e. 6:30-9:45pm)
*Double Dip (Sat. 9:00-12:30 Teacher Training / Sat. 1:30-4:45 Ministry Training Workshop
*Training & a-half: Combine a training workshop with a training lab or two
*Preach/Teach & Train: We'll preach the Sunday Messages followed by an afternoon of training
*In-Service Days: Training Days for Teachers or Church Staff (Monday-Friday: Whole or Part Days)

The training is time sensitive.
The length of a training workshop can be modified for the needs of your church (Ideal is 3-4 hours for a workshop or 1 hour per training lab).

The training is practical.
Each participant receives a training manual or worksheets that facilitates the application of the principles.

The training is highly interactive.
Expect FUN, Bible-based, training that is immediately applicable.

The training is personalized.
The training presentation will be focused on you and your church.

Let us train you to train in your ministry.
We want to train you to multiply what you experience at Cadre training events. A trainer's fee includes ten training sets for workshops and a certification tool kit to help prepare you to multiply the training you've experienced. We encourage a miniumum of two individuals per ministry be trained to re-train and multiply the training we bring to you. Trainer multiplication is by pre-arrangement with your Cadre trainer. Our goal is to TRAIN, COACH & MENTOR you to train Cadre training.

We've provided a collection of images, promotional concepts as business cards, post cards or half-page pdf's to get you started in communicating your workshop to your volunteers and ministry teams. We can't layout your specific training promotion but if you need help with images or text for a specific workshop or lab start with this folder and then contact us if you need additional help.
