Laura Wampach

Laura loves investing in jr. highers and the people who minister to them-especially in churches that are volunteer-led or lack resources for traditional training. Through Cadre, Laura shares this passion by contributing to online and live training and encouragement for jr. high volunteers, and also content edits Cadre's other publications.

She also serves as Student Ministries Director at Neighborhood Alliance Church in Longwood, FL, investing in students and leadership equipping in both middle school and high school ministries. Previously she served as a volunteer youth leader for seven years, and shares a heart for people who give their "spare" time to ministry.

Laura holds an M.A. in Theology from Wheaton College Graduate School and a B.A.from Taylor University.
